I have set the Lord
always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.
Psalm 16.8
Welcome
Thank you for stopping by. Rector's Desk current topic is
“ Don't be
Anxious ?” It has been a while, since the last topic yet I do believe
that it was just in time according to God's plan. Some will embrace it others
will race from it. The results will tell what you are made of. No this site is
not necessarily a milk toast approach to Christianity. I believe we are all to
be as Jesus. He had guts. He wasn't the slight of built, faint of heart male
who was politically correct. Love for one another yes. We are in a battle my
friends. Our enemy is Satan and those who would do his bidding. So let's get
on with it and be a Moses, a Joshua, a D.L. Moody, Charles Finney, George
Mueller and a Smith Wigglesworth! But most of all lets be what God intended us
to be His obedient servants. So lift up your voices and hands and Praise Him
and shod your feet with righteousness and fight the good battle. God bless
each and every one of you, not only today but through all your life!
There has been several changes on the site recently. So you
may want to take another tour of the pages. Firstly the Inspiration Pages have
been expanded. Also past articles from rectors desk have been remade and you
can access them from the past topics button on the side menu bar. The format
of these pages alternate from page to page and the type has been made easier
to read. Work still remains on potpourri, chapel and 2nd Front. It has
been a long road, however there is some progress being made. It is our desire
to get several things done before tackling 2nd Front as that will be the
center for solidifying the ministry.
A new
addition to this site is Wellness Corner. The main skeleton of this section
is up now. Wellness Corner is the ministry of Linda Dee, we are sponsoring
and assisting her ministry. This woman is a warrior, is gifted by God.
Although she knows she has been anointed by God for healing and all around
good health, she has not yet realized how mightily God wants to maker her
his vessel for healing and harvester of souls for the honor and glory of
Jesus Christ.
At 2nd Front we will be recruiting people of God for
the ministry (no online ordination stuff) and creating missionary
jurisdictions here in the states. When this does happen we will begin
recruitment in a 100 - 150 mile radius. We will not be seeking for people who
are looking for a professional position. This will be a fellowship that will
most likely be far different than anything we know of today. You will have to
be totally reliant on God, bold in the faith, yet gentle to the sinner. We
certainly will be in combat, but the Lord will be our leader. He will lead us
to battle and He will give us the victory. After all, it is His battle, and as
the Lord said;
"The
battle is not yours, but mine saith the Lord". If you can be a sell out to the Lord and know that He
is calling you and are willing to see something come out of nothing, then
start praying about this and then write or email me about yourself and why you
believe God is calling you to this new work and why you should even be
considered! Review the items on the cross bar of the main page before
you contact me. If you can not be in agreement in substance then, you
are not being called for this. If you still feel you are, then let the journey
begin and see the works of the Lord begin to happen with you as in the early
church! We will grow only as we commit ourselves to the Lord.

The current Scripture Readings are from the 2nd Letter of St. Paul, Chaper
4; which is book 8 of the New Testament and the 47nd of the Bible.
Treasure In Earthen Vessels.
In this chapter Paul recounts to the Corinthian Church
the things he has been through in his ministry. He rehearses with the
Corinthians that the gospel is veiled to those who have become blinded because
of their unbelief and rejection of Christ Jesus.
In verses 8
through 11 Paul lays out truth that today's Christian must face up to and make
these words a part of their life. For too long the Church of today has
vacillated. One can not walk both sides of the road. Either follow
Christ and all that it entails, or walk in the ways of the world.
Are we so out of
step with Christ that we must seek acceptance from the world? Have we
become so weakened that we can only drink milk rather than chew on the real
meat of the Word of God. You will most likely not find Christ on the
fine boulevards of life, but rather in the trenches of hardships,
disappointments, discouragement and an inward acing in the soul. That's were
Christ found you and I. Although we do not need to now live in those trenches,
we must not forget where we came from and that it is in those same trenches we
need to go into to give that hope and joy that can only come from Christ
Jesus.
Thank your for your prayers and financial help. They are much
appreciated. May God richly bless you for your love and concern. Our most
immediate goals are 1> A permanent meeting place; 2> land to start our
educational and other out reaches, including a retreat center.

For those churches in the North Georgia
and/or West Georgia area who are in need of a supply pastor or a fill-in
when the pastor is either on vacation, sick leave or a sabbatical, or you
are a church where you can not afford a pastor, why not get in touch with
us. We would be most happy to help where we can. Remember if we are in
Christ, then we are of the Body of Christ and need to minister one to
another.
We are committed to the evangelizing the United
States. We call ourselves a Christian Nation. Yet if that be true why
are we in the shape that we are. Brothers and Sisters, this nation
must be won for Christ. We don't need revival we need
RESTORATION.
Where do you stand? What are you willing to do for
His cause? Again thanks for stopping by and feel free to go
through the site. The Lord bless you, and may you grow in the love of
Jesus.
It is not our mission to be just a local fellowship. We are
to be a training camp for the Body of Christ. Please see the overview button
on the home page and read what God has stirred in our heart. (Click here for overview)
We are in need of a permanent location (not necessarily
anchored in our present local), consisting of quite a few acres such as farm
land and wooded areas, a college campus no longer used or some similar
facility. Would you pray with us for the Lord to show us what He wants
and the where, and the means to accomplish this.
Thank you for your prayers and concern! If you are not yet
praying for us would you start nowwwwww!
Until we meet again, may you be open to all the blessings
that God has already prepared for you and wishes for you to grasp on to
those blessings so that you may be a blessing to others!
